Yellowtail caught from cages in the morning are thoroughly temperature-controlled and quickly delivered to the processing plant.
2. Processing plant
Under through hygiene control, state-of-the-art processing equipment and skilled staff carefully and quickly process each freshly-landed yellowtail into fillets and loins.
3. Packing and shipping
The product is sent by item and destination. We also ship overseas by flash-freezing to preserve freshness.
