Directions
- Defrost Hamachi fillet and wipe water with paper.
- Spread oil on a heated frying pan and fry the Hamachi. Be careful not to burn it.
- When the surface is browned, turn it over and cook until both sides are browned.
- Add the teriyaki sauce, cover and steam.
