Ingredients

  • Yellowtail(Hamachi)saku 1fillet

  • Sundrop superlite Adanced oil 1tsp

  • Teriyaki Tare Yamamori 2 sp

Directions

  • Defrost Hamachi fillet and wipe water with paper.
  • Spread oil on a heated frying pan and fry the Hamachi. Be careful not to burn it.
  • When the surface is browned, turn it over and cook until both sides are browned.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce, cover and steam.
