  • Cut pork into 1cm squares. Then sprinkle the Chinese Five-Spice Blend Powder.
  • Slice the onion into thin pieces. Sprinkle the flour and fry in a pan until browned.

  • Heat the oil in a pot. Add pork and fry until the surface is cooked.
    Add garlic & ginger paste and cook.
  • Add ★ Seasonings. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

  • Add onion and boiled egg and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • When it thickens, add oyster sauce and Chinese Five-Spice Blend Powder.
    Simmer for 5 minites.

  • Serve rice in a bowl, put 6 and vegetables.
