How to order:
- You can order anytime.
- Once payment is completed, an “Order Confirmation Email (SMS)” will be sent to you.
- After placing an order, you will receive a “Delivery Confirmation Email (SMS)” with the delivery date and time by 10:00 a.m. the following day. As delivery routes are determined for each area, we generally can’t change the delivery time after it has been confirmed, but if you absolutely must change it, please contact us as soon as possible.
*Regarding changes to your order
You cannot change your order on the website after it has been confirmed, so please contact us.
*Regarding cancellations
Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone.
Delivery:
- Delivery is generally the next day after the order date. (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed by 10:00 A.M. can be delivered on the same day. * Please note that this may not be the case for locations those are far from our office areas. - Delivery will be made between 11:30 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. If you are not at home, your items will be left at your door or handed over to a security guard. * Frozen products are delivered with dry ice and will keep cold for 7-8 hours.
We can only deliver in the following areas during the morning:
- Gurgaon: Parkplace, The Belaire, Sector 42, 43, 53, 54, Sector 28, DLF Phase 1
- Delhi: Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony
Deliveries to other places in the Delhi-Gurgaon region will be made during the afternoon.
- Marked area, delivery in the afternoon of next day after shipping (Delivery time cannot be specified). Frozen items can also be ordered.
- The order placed at 10 A.M. and on after 10 A.M. will be delivered after next day.
- For some areas, the actual road toll fee will be charged for each delivery in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the order amount. (It will be charged at the checkout.)

Even if your area is not listed, shipping charges may be added depending on the distance from our office. If you have any questions about shipping charges, please contact us.
Membership Registration:
Customers can shop as a guest without registration. (From 13th of April, 2023)
If you wish to register as a member, please check the “Create an account?” checkbox and proceed with the order. A login password will be sent to your registered e-mail address after placing your order.
Once you have registered as a member, you will be able to check your shopping history and save your address on My Page.
Payment Options:
- Credit cards (International & Domestic), Debit Cards, Net banking, Wallet & UPI
are accepted.
* Please choose “Stripe” for International credit card payment.
*Please choose “Razorpay” or “CCAvenue” for domestic credit card UPI payment.
As per RBI’s directive, w.e.f October 01, 2020, any Indian debit/credit card not yet used for online e-commerce will be blocked for all online transactions. In case of such failure, please contact your card issuing bank to enable online usage.
- Directly order and pay by credit card link or UPI QR picture. If you have any problems with your card not working, you can order directly. Please contact us at info@maindish.in with your area of residence. In that case, you can pay via the credit card link or UPI QR picture after we issue the invoice.
- If you are unable to pay by card or UPI, cash on delivery is also available. In that case, you will still need to place the order directly, so please contact us at info@maindish.in.
Tax Invoice:
We issue Tax Invoice by e-mail after placing order. If you need, please fill in the company name and GST number when checkout. If you require a paper invoice, please mention this in the delivery options section.
* Due to system reason, the shipping location you select first and the address filled in the billing details must be in the same state. In case you need a tax invoice with the address of another state, please contact us.
Modifications:
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact us for any modification of order.
Cancellations:
Please contact us by contact form or by phone.
Replace and Refunds:

- We pay close attention to the quality and condition of our products, but if you notice anything wrong, please contact us.
- If the product we deliver is damaged or has a quality defect, we will consider refunding or exchanging it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Only unopened products can be exchanged. Please check the contents immediately after receiving the product.
Refunds
If you’d like a refund due to a product being out of stock or some other reasons, we will accommodate your request. The refund won’t be made directly from our company, but will be made directly to your bank account or credit card a few days after the refund is processed.
Log In Errors:
In case of log in error, please try to clear history on your browser.
Still if it does not work, please contact us. Then we will issue a new password.
