- Rehydrate dried burdock in some water for about 30 minutes and drain.
And wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
*Used dried burdock this time, but if you can get fresh burdock, we recommend you to make with fresh one.
- Place aluminium foil on the toaster tray and apply sesame oil.
Spread burdock and sprinkle bonito dashi.
- Place tuna flakes and pizza cheese and bake in a toaster for around 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with green onion and oregano if you like.
