Corn&Cheese one bite Rolls – for snack!Course: Snacks, lunchboxDifficulty: Easy
- Cut the processed cheese into 5mm squares.
- Cut the spring roll sheets into 4 equal parts.
- Place one of the edges in front of you, putting corn, cheese, salt & pepper near the edge and then roll up.
Use a bit of water and potato starch as adhesive to seal the edges together.
- In a small pot, add the oil and heat over medium-high heat. Fry rolls about 30 to 40 seconds on each side, until golden brown.
When done, gently remove from oil with slotted spoon and drain further on paper towels.
- It’s good for snacks.
Serve immediately while hot.
