Bread 4 slices (Remove crusts)
Butter
Cucumber (if you like)
- Egg Sandwich
2 Boiled Egg
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Milk 1 tablespoon
- Tuna Sandwich
1/4 Onion
Directions
- Egg Sandwich
- Mash the boiled egg, one finely and one coarsely.
- Add milk, sugar, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the finer side, season and stir well. Then mix both of egg.
- Spread mixed egg on bread with plenty of butter.
Place cucumber as well if you like.
Top with another sliced of bread (spread on one side with butter). - Tuna Sandwich
- Finely chop the onion, sprinkle with salt, leave for about 10 minutes, then rinse with water and drain.
- Drain the canned tuna, add onion and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and mix.
- Spread tuna mixture on bread with plenty of butter.
Place cucumber as well if you like.
Top with another sliced of bread (spread on one side with butter). - Slice the sandwich into triangles or halves and serve.
