  • Egg Sandwich
  • Mash the boiled egg, one finely and one coarsely.

  • Add milk, sugar, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the finer side, season and stir well. Then mix both of egg.

  • Spread mixed egg on bread with plenty of butter.
    Place cucumber as well if you like.
    Top with another sliced of bread (spread on one side with butter).

  • Tuna Sandwich
  • Finely chop the onion, sprinkle with salt, leave for about 10 minutes, then rinse with water and drain.
  • Drain the canned tuna, add onion and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and mix.

  • Spread tuna mixture on bread with plenty of butter.
    Place cucumber as well if you like.
    Top with another sliced of bread (spread on one side with butter).

  • Slice the sandwich into triangles or halves and serve.
