Pork Belly 200g
Oil 1tablespoon
Garlic Paste 1/2teaspoon
Ginger Paste 1/2teaspoon
Chinese Five-Spice Blend Powder 1/2tablespoon
- ★ Seasonings
Water 250ml
Soy Sauce 1+1/2tablespoon
Sugar 1+1/2tablespoon
Sake 1tablespoon
Vinegar 1teaspoon
(Balsamic Vinegar can also be used instead of normal vinegar and Oyster sauce. )- ☆ Vegetable
1 Onion
Flour 1tablespoon
Oil 50ml
- Other
2 Boiled Eggs
Oyster Sauce 1/2tablespoon
Chinese Five-Spice Blend Powder 1/2teaspoon
Steamed Rice
Vegetables of your choice (Green Vegetables are recommended)
Directions
- Cut pork into 1cm squares. Then sprinkle the Chinese Five-Spice Blend Powder.
- Slice the onion into thin pieces. Sprinkle the flour and fry in a pan until browned.
- Heat the oil in a pot. Add pork and fry until the surface is cooked.
Add garlic & ginger paste and cook. - Add ★ Seasonings. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add onion and boiled egg and simmer for 20 minutes.
- When it thickens, add oyster sauce and Chinese Five-Spice Blend Powder.
Simmer for 5 minites. - Serve rice in a bowl, put 6 and vegetables.
