Pork Shoulder Slice – 120g
1/2 Green bell pepper
1/2 Red bell pepper
Bamboo Shoot – 150g
Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Mirin – 1 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1/2 tablespoon
- Cut bell pepper and bamboo shoot into 1/2 inch strips.
Pork shoulder, cut into half. Cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the oil over medium heat and stir fry pork shoulder and garlic until well cooked.
- Add all vegetables and stir fry about 1 minutes.
Then add all seasonings and mixed well.
- Enjoy with steamed rice and miso soup!
