  • Cut bell pepper and bamboo shoot into 1/2 inch strips.
    Pork shoulder, cut into half. Cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat and stir fry pork shoulder and garlic until well cooked.
  • Add all vegetables and stir fry about 1 minutes.
    Then add all seasonings and mixed well.
  • Enjoy with steamed rice and miso soup!
