Rice Paper 6-9 piece
Peeled Shrimp 150g
Salmon 100g
Cucumber 1 piece
Lettuce 200g
Cream Cheese some
Sweet Chilli Sauce some
Directions
- Boil peeled shrimp.
Wash and drain vegetables.
After that, cut cucumbers into strips. - Dip the rice paper into water and place the ingredients in the center.
If you want to cook beautifully, place shrimp or salmon, lettuce and cucumber in this order. If you like, you can also place cream cheese on the top. - Curl them from the front with a little force.
- Arrange them on the plate and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
