Discover the Power of Natto – Japan’s Superfood for Modern Health

Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans, renowned for its exceptional health benefits. Packed with plant-based protein, dietary fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals, natto supports heart health, enhances bone strength, and promotes digestive wellness.

【How to eat】
①Defrosting
A. Refrigerator (Best Method)
Move your frozen natto from the freezer into the refrigerator overnight (about 8–12 hours).
This slow thawing preserves texture, flavor, and the live cultures.

B. Room Temperature (Quick Alternative)
Leave the sealed package on the counter (covered) for 2–4 hours, until fully thawed.
Avoid leaving it out too long, as the fermentation process can restart .

② Unwrap & Transfer
Carefully peel off the plastic film. Some people slide it off to avoid sticking to the beans.
Transfer the natto to a small bowl for easier mixing.

④Stirring
Stir vigorously 30–60 times, or until it becomes light, fluffy, and stringy—this enhances flavor and texture.

⑤After mixing, add soy sauce, karashi mustard, or whatever seasoning. And stir again.
・Optional extras: chopped green onions, sesame oil, vinegar, and kimchi .
⑥Serve over warm rice, or mix into curry rice.
