Pork Belly ShabuShabu 250g (Cut into bite sized pieces)
2 Onion (Sliced)
Flour 2 tablespoons
*Water 200ml
*Peeled Tomatoes Can 200g (include some soup)
*Tonkatsu Sauce 1 tablespoon
*Vinegar 1 teaspoon
*Soy Sauce 1/2 teaspoon
*Tomato Ketchup 1tablespoon
*Chicken Seasoning Powder 1/2 tablespoon
*1 Bay Leaf
Soy Sauce 1teaspoon
Butter 10g
Oil 1teaspoon
Directions
- Heat the oil and butter in a pan.
Add pork and onion and fry over high heat.
When the pork is cooked, add flour and fry a few minutes. - Add * marked ingredients and mix well.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and boil about 30minutes. - Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and boil.
