Directions
- Finely chop the kimchi.
- Combine rice, Kimchi, Japanese grain soup stock, White sesame seeds, and Potato starch and mix well.
- Add pizza cheese and squeeze firmly.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the rice balls over medium-low heat until golden brown.
