Yellowfin Tuna Akami – 350g
Spring Onion – 2 stalk
Directions
- Cook Rice in advance.
Make sure the rice has cooled to almost room temperature. - Cut the tuna into small pieces.
- And then Chop it so that it is almost minced.
- Put the tuna on the rice and sprinkle the Spring onions.
Enjoy with soy sauce. Wasabi and La-Yu Chili Oil are also recommended if using.
