  • Prepare vegetables.
    Cabbage – Cut out the core end of the cabbage and remove and discard some of the exterior leaves. Then carefully remove 8~9 whole perfect leaves.
    **Wrap the cabbage in a wrap and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes to make it easier to peel.
    Then boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
    After that, shave the core to make it easier to roll.

    Onion – Finely chop and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
    **If no microwave, fry it lightly.

    Tomato – Peel the skin and cut into 1.5mm square diced pieces.
  • Put all ★Fillings ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until sticky.

  • Place the fillings on the cabbage leaves and roll it up.

  • Put water, tomato ketchup, chicken seasoning powder, diced tomato and cabbage rolls in a large pot. Boil over medium heat.

  • After boiling, remove the lye.
