Cabbage – 8~9 whole perfect leaves
- ★ Fillings
1 onion (Chopped)
1 egg
Bread Crumbs – 3 tablespoons
pinch of Salt
pinch of Black Pepper
- ★ Tomato Soup
2 tomato
water – 400ml
Chicken Seasoning Powder – 1+1/2 tablespoons
TOMATO KETCHUP – 4 tablespoons
pinch of Salt
pinch of Black Pepper
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Prepare vegetables.
Cabbage – Cut out the core end of the cabbage and remove and discard some of the exterior leaves. Then carefully remove 8~9 whole perfect leaves.
**Wrap the cabbage in a wrap and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes to make it easier to peel.
Then boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
After that, shave the core to make it easier to roll.
Onion – Finely chop and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
**If no microwave, fry it lightly.
Tomato – Peel the skin and cut into 1.5mm square diced pieces. - Put all ★Fillings ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until sticky.
- Place the fillings on the cabbage leaves and roll it up.
- Put water, tomato ketchup, chicken seasoning powder, diced tomato and cabbage rolls in a large pot. Boil over medium heat.
- After boiling, remove the lye.
Add salt, pepper and olive oil to taste. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. - Simmer until the cabbage rolls are tender.
- Serve with parsley.
