Bamboo Shoots ( Slice ) – 283g
Sesame Oil – 3 tablespoons
Soy Sauce – 3 tablespoons
Cooking Sake – 3 tablespoons
sugar – 1 tablespoons
La-Yu Chili Oil – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- In a large skillet over high heat, add enough sesame oil to coat the bottom, 1 to 2 tablespoons.
Add sliced Bamboo shoots and stir-fry 30 seconds. - Add soy source, cooking sake and sugar, and boil on middle heat until the water is gone.
- When the water is almost gone, add sesame oil and la-yu chili oil.
Again fry on middle heat until the water is gone. - Recommend for appetizer.
