  • In a large skillet over high heat, add enough sesame oil to coat the bottom, 1 to 2 tablespoons.
    Add sliced Bamboo shoots and stir-fry 30 seconds.
  • Add soy source, cooking sake and sugar, and boil on middle heat until the water is gone.
  • When the water is almost gone, add sesame oil and la-yu chili oil.
    Again fry on middle heat until the water is gone.
  • Recommend for appetizer.
