Ingredients

Kampachi portion 60gx2
Sauce
Mirin 3 table spoon
Sugar 5g
Soy Sauce 3 table spoon
Cooking Sake 3 table spoon

Directions

Mix ingredients in sauce
Defrosted fish well and keep the pieces in the sauce in 30min. Turn around a couple of times
Wipe sauce on surface of fish well (Avoid burned). Put fish on Asahi Kasei Pan foil on the pan
Grill both of sides and put sauce into the pan
No need to clean the fried pan.
