- Rinse the Soft shell crab with water.
After that, pour the cooking sake over it to remove smell and let them sit for 20 minutes.
- Wipe off water from 1 and season with salt and pepper.
Then mix garlic powder and potato starch.
And sprinkle them over the soft shell crab.
- Heat oil in a pod or pan to about 170 degrees.
Put the soft shell crab in it and deep fry it.
- When fully fried, remove soft shell crab.
Arrange them on a plate.
