Directions

  • Mix the Natto with soy sauce and Japanese mustard.
  • Cut Fried Tofu in half and open slowly to prevent tearing.
  • Put Natto and Cheese in it.
  • Fasten the top of the fried tofu with a bamboo skewer.
  • Place in a hot pan and cook over low heat until browned.
  • Serve with Mayonnaise and Shichimi powder as you like.
