- Filling (Mixed rice)
Hikari Rice – 2cup
Dried Hijiki Seaweed – 10g
Dried Shiitake Mushroom – 4pieces
1/2 carrot
Soy Sauce – 3 tablespoons
sake – 3 tablespoons
pinch of Salt
normal water and shiitake draining water
Directions
- Make mixed rice. Please refer to “Japanese mixed rice” recipe.
- Wet your hands with water so the rice doesn’t stick to you and loosely separate the rice into 16 portions.
- Take the inari pouch out of the package and lightly press to remove the excess liquid.
- Open the pouch and stuff a mound of mixed rice inside.
- Enjoy inari sushi!
