6 Potatoes
Flour 50g
Water 70cc
Miso Paste White 3+1/2 tablespoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Mirin 3 tablespoons
Directions
- Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5-10 minutes.
After drain, put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it, and heat it in a 500W microwave oven for about 3-4 minutes. - Mix flour with water, put 1. potatoes in it and dress in it.
- Fry 2. potatoes in oil at 170-180℃ until crispy and light brown.
- Make Miso sauce.
Add miso, sugar and mirin in a pan, and simmer over low heat for about 7 to 8 minutes until it becomes a thickens. - Put miso sauce on potatoes and enjoy.
