Ingredients

  • 6 Potatoes

  • Flour 50g

  • Water 70cc

  • Miso Paste White 3+1/2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Mirin 3 tablespoons

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5-10 minutes.
    After drain, put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it, and heat it in a 500W microwave oven for about 3-4 minutes.
