Ito Konnyaku 200g
Onion 6pc
Potato 6pc
Carrot(Small) 2pcs
Mirin 3 table spoon
Soy Sauce 6 table spoon
Sugar 2-3 table spoon
Directions
- Wash Ito Konnyaku in Salt tand then rinse well and boiled 2-3,min in order to remove lye
- Peel and cut potato, carrot and onion. Cut Ito konnyaku and meat as you like
- Stir vegetables in vegetable oil well
- Add meat and stir well. ( Pork belly was used but pork shoulder recommended). And then add Ito konnyaku
- Add Sugar, Mirin and Soy sauce and braise 10-15min
