  • Wash Ito Konnyaku in Salt tand then rinse well and boiled 2-3,min in order to remove lye
  • Peel and cut potato, carrot and onion. Cut Ito konnyaku and meat as you like
  • Stir vegetables in vegetable oil well
  • Add meat and stir well. ( Pork belly was used but pork shoulder recommended). And then add Ito konnyaku
  • Add Sugar, Mirin and Soy sauce and braise 10-15min
