- In advance, defrost prawns.
- Combine tempura flour and water.
And mix them. - Heat oil to 180℃.
When the oil reach 180℃, batter and deep fry prawns. - Turn the prawns over once during the process.
When golden brown, remove from oil and serve. - Serve with salt to taste.
