Ramen Noodle 360g~480g
Spring onion or boiled bok choy
- 1. TOPPING
Minced Pork 150g
Sesame Seed Oil 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce Kikkoman 1 teaspoon
Tobanjang 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- 2. SOUP
★ Water 500ml
★ Miso 3 tablespoons
★ Mentsuyu 1+1/2 tablespoons
★ Chicken Seasoning Powder or Gara soup 2 teaspoons
★ Sugar 1+1/2 teaspoons
★ Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Soy Milk (or Milk) 300ml
Salt for taste
Ground sesame 4 tablespoons
(if not possible to get grounded one, you can make it by grounding Roasted Sesame seed with grinder)
- Make TOPPING
Put minced pork into hot frying pan with sesame oil and fry over medium heat.
When the meat is cooked, add all seasonings of TOPPING and cook.
Take it out on a plate.
- Make SOUP
Put ★marked ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat.
When it gets warm, add soy milk and boil. Add salt for taste.
- Boil ramen noodle and put in a bowl.
- Reheat SOUP and add ground sesame after boiling.
Put this soup in the bowl, add layu chili oil or sesame oil.
- Serve with TOPPING and spring onion or bok choy as your favorite.
