  • 1) Fried Dry Konnyaku

    Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.

  • Drain and squeeze the water, and wipe it off with kitchen paper.
  • Add all seasonings and mix. And then keep for 1 hour for soak.

  • Sprinkle with potato starch.

  • Put oil in a frying pan to a depth of about 1 cm and heat it.
    Add 6 and fry until both sides are golden brown.

  • 2) Sweet & Spicy Konnyaku
  • (Preparation)
    Knead the konnyaku with salt and rinse with water. Then boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Make a diagonal cut on the surface of the konnyaku with a knife or fork.
    Then cut into 1.5cm square.

  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add Konnyaku and fry until browned.

  • Add all seasonings and fry on medium heat until the juice is gone.
    Serve in a bowl and it’s done.
